As part of our ongoing NCA accreditation process, Michigan School for the Deaf is seeking feedback from the Deaf Community. By responding to this Survey, your members will be helping MSD gather information that will aid in our planning for improvement in the delivery of services.

Steven Peterson’s hair benefits MSD

Steven Peterson held an auction to have the highest bidder to cut off his hair. The proceeds collected benefited Michigan School for the Deaf (MSD). During the MSD football homecoming game back in October 2009, the highest bidder cut off Peterson’s hair. We have posted the pictures here for your viewing.

MSU!

Subject: Updates!

After a long, and hopefully enjoyable winter break, it’s time to get
back to business. We are running out of time fast and we need your help
more than ever.

Despite our several attempts to get the attention of administration
through emails, the rally, and the Board of Trustees meeting last month,
they have yet to show any signs of reconsideration.

We may be losing time, but please do not give up hope.

There are TWO Board of Trustees meetings left at MSU. The next one is
FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 12 at 9:30 A.M on the 4th floor of the Administration
Building. Last time we had about 50 supporters come… this time, we
need 100.

Apparently, administration has underestimated our power and
determination. Help us prove them wrong.

Interpreters will be provided. Feel free to contact me with any
questions/concerns you may have.
